This 2-1/2in x 24-1/2in rectangle ruler from Creative Grids® is perfect for anyone who loves to cut their own 2-1/2in strips or who likes to work with the 2-1/2in precuts on the market.
· Made in the USA with high quality acrylic and precision measurements ensuring accuracy for your quilting, sewing, patchwork, and crafting projects.
· Creative Grids® exclusive non-slip grip allows you to easily slide the ruler over the fabric until positioned correctly. Then, when slight pressure is applied, the grip holds the ruler in place, eliminating slipping while you cut.
· Easy to read black and white markings are printed in 1in grids marked in 1/8in and 1/4in increments.
· Use the black numbers printed on white dots and the 1/4in grip sides to cut whole inches.
· Use our exclusive Turn-a-Round feature to cut 1/2in increments by following the white numbers on black dots and 1/2in grip sides.
· The 1/4in dashed lines that are printed on two adjoining sides, aid in trimming seam allowances and the white and black 45 degree lines are for trimming half-square triangle blocks, flying geese units, squares set on point, and to mark lines for cross-hatch quilting.
· This ruler also features a 30/60 degree angled line for cutting diamonds and for marking lines for diamond cross-hatch quilting.
· White horizontal and vertical lines are printed on the rectangle so the center of the ruler is easily distinguished. Use these lines to fussy-cut stripes and borders.
