We understand, occasionally, something may, possibly, need to be returned or exchanged. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from the Best Little Quilt House in Texas, and we mean it! If for some reason you are not happy with the item you purchase from us, contact us within 30 days of the ship date for a return authorization (RA) and instructions on how to return the product. Then you will have 5 working days to ship the item in question back to us. The item needs to be returned in the same condition you received it, unused, with the original documentation & packaging and we will offer a 100% refund less shipping costs. If the item qualified for free shipping, the actual freight charge for the item will be deducted from the refund. If the item is not in “as new” condition, a refund can not be made.

All sales are final on Patterns, Books, & items marked as Clearance.

Return/Exchange Process

~If we are unable to acquire a suitable replacement for an item returned for exchange within 25 Days, we will refund your item/order purchase price less the shipping costs.
~Exchange items are shipped via a ground method unless the customer indicates they will pay for the added difference for the expedited shipping service. Previous shipping level on the original order has no bearing on the exchanged item return method of shipping.
~ Returns must be returned through a traceable method and insured. If we cannot verify receipt of the product to us, we won’t be able to process the return.
~When returning the purchased item(s), please return the item in the original shipping box
~Further instructions on how to process the return will be included with the Return Authorization.
